I needed a new bag to contain the items I take on every ride (a multi-tool, a co2 cartridge and inflator, a patch kit, a plug kit, a bandana, some small parts, a tire boot). I like something that fits in the usual cycling jersey rear pocket but can also be dropped into a handlebar bag. This bag is PERFECT for my needs. The shape is just right for a jersey pocket, it holds the necessary items and it’s lightweight. It also looks pretty nice, like I could actually carry it for other things too. Seriously, the size is perfect for all my ride essentials (food, tools, wallet and phone), and it's super rugged and cool-looking. Plus, I can actually grab stuff from it while I'm riding! A first. It stays put, and I like the protection under the buckles. Love it!

I have an IPhone 14 with an Otterbox Defender case. It takes a long tome to get the phone in and out of the bag. You would need a smaller phone to use this as a phone protector if you want quick access to your phone. When I complained Frankie was immediately responsive to correct the situation with a great offer on a larger bag. This model is well put together and it certainly will work to carry card, cash and a flat kit such as CO2, tubeless plug kit and multitool if you prefer to carry those things in your pocket.

This seat saddle bag holds more than the smaller bag I have that will only hold a spare tube. The Fierce Hazel holds the tube, CO2 cartridge and my tools. It is very functional and love the style and color.
